Abstract

The group breach of public order and violation of the order of organization and holding of meetings, rallies, street trips and demonstrations are considered. The views of scholars on the legal categories concerning the delimitation of these offenses are analyzed. The scientific positions on the differences between the violation of the order of organization and holding of meetings, rallies, street marches and demonstrations and group breachof public order are highlighted. The author’s conclusion about the difference of the syllables of investigated offenses is made.
