In the article is presented the theoretical and legal background of e-governance development in the prosecutor’s offices. The author established the peculiarities of the functioning of e-government processes in the prosecutor’s office. Based on the scientific method of modeling, is described the mechanism of e-government in the prosecutor’s office. In the conclusions, the author separate the priority areas of e-governance development in the prosecutor’s offices: e-document circulation, e-transparency, e-reporting, e-cabinet of reception and processing of appeals, information-analytical activity and development of databases
