The group breach of public order and malicious disobedience to the lawful order or the requirement of a policeman, a member of a public formation for the protection of public order and the state border, a serviceman are considered. The views of scholars on legal categories concerning the delimitation of these offenses are analyzed. The scientific positions about the differences between malicious disobedience to the lawful order or the requirement of a policeman, a member of a public formation for the protection of public order and the state border, a serviceman and group breach of public order are highlighted. The author’s conclusion about the difference in the composition of the investigated offenses is made.References
