Peculiarities of state administration using agricultural land in Ukraine

The article reveals the features and specificity of the category of agricultural land and argues their priority over other categories of land fund. Attention is focused on the protection of land from the negative consequences caused by the reform of land relations. Proposals for measures to ensure a state effective mechanism for efficient and rational use of land are proposed.References
